1. PAYMENT INFORMATION

To purchase a course or subscription from Music Hackspace, you must be 18 years old at the time of purchase and appropriately complete the registration form. As part of the enrolment process, you will be required to submit a valid credit card and mailing address. You will be billed for the content or subscription plan you select during the registration process. Your enrolment to on-demand content entitles you to perpetual access unless indicated otherwise and pending the availability of the courses, which we may remove from the website.

2. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions provide access to designated content and services for the duration of the subscription period. Subscription plans will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. To cancel a subscription, contact the Music Hackspace support department at info@musichackspace.org or manage your subscription through your account settings. Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods or unused services.

Please contact the Music Hackspace support department and request a refund at info@musichackspace.org.
